The Almaden Cycle Touring Club invites you to celebrate Spring by riding some of the prettiest roads in southern Santa Clara County on our 46th annual Tierra Bella Bicycle Tours. One of California's top-rated cycling events, the Tierra Bella takes place on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Tierra Bella Challenge (73M and 100M) and Tierra Bella Fun & Fit (29M and 49M) will be held as two separate events on the same day (each event will be limited to 450 riders); but all routes will start and end at Christmas Hill Park. From long and hilly to short and flat, you're sure to find the route that's right for you!

Over 200 ACTC members will be on hand to provide our traditionally outstanding rider support, including SAG and multiple rest stops with the start and end at Christmas Hill Park. Rest assured that there will be plenty of GREAT FOOD at every stop, including food trucks and our DJ by the finish line.

New in 2024:

• The Tierra Bella rides are ACTC members-only event.
• Your registration includes an ACTC membership through May 31, 2025 or an extension to existing club membership. You will be able to enjoy the wider club experience through May 31, 2025, such as participating in our daily group rides (see the ACTC website for ride listings).
• In order to limit the number of riders on the road and at rest stops, registration is limited based on the ride and distance.
• We're bringing back nut breads, which our long-time riders will remember, plus food trucks at the finish line.
• New in 2025: Coffee, tea, cocoa and nut breads and breakfast bars will be available at the start and frozen fruit bars at the finish line.

Newer and less road-savvy riders, learn to master the road and increase your riding endurance at ACTC's Bike Driving Academy. Classes start in February, perfectly timed for riding the Tierra Bella!

Tierra Bella is a private event open to members of ACTC.
